TexTone Series – TN is a water-based flexographic ink specifically formulated for printing on non-woven fabric surfaces. Thanks to its flexible structure, it provides excellent adhesion, vibrant colors, and abrasion-resistant printing performance. With its strong surface adhesion, strong color intensity, and fast drying properties, it achieves ideal and stable printing results on high-speed production lines.

Technical Information
- Viscosity: 18 – 35 seconds (DIN CUP 4, 25°C)
- Dilution Ratio: Dilution with 5% – 10% water is recommended depending on the ink color

Application Recommendations
- Ensure the ink is homogeneous before printing.
- Maintain the optimum printing viscosity range for best gloss and adhesion.
- Clean plates and anilox rollers with water during long printing breaks.
Storage and Shelf Life
- Unopened Packaging: Can be stored for up to 6 months in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight.
- After Opening: It is recommended to use it within a short time.
- Viscosity may increase at low temperatures; bring to room temperature before use.
